Salary: $2000 - $2200 + AWS + Performance Bonus
Working Hours: Mon – Thurs 7.30am - 5.00pm, Fri 7.30am - 4.00pm
Location: Pioneer

Responsibilities

• Ensure finished products are packed accurately and in accordance with the approved packing plan, shipment requirements, and accompanying documentation.
• Receive and issue materials according to FIFO principles and applicable batch or date-code requirements.
• Ensure all inventory transactions are recorded accurately and updated promptly in the warehouse management or inventory system.
• Participate in annual stocktakes, cycle counts, and customer, ISO, and TS audit activities.
• Maintain accurate warehouse stock levels and optimize storage space to support efficient operations.
• Keep the warehouse and surrounding areas clean, organized, and compliant with housekeeping standards.
• Ensure suppliers and delivery personnel comply with company’s safety, security, and receiving procedures when delivering stock.
• Report inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, documentation issues, and safety concerns to the appropriate supervisor promptly.

Requirements

• O-Level, NITEC, or Higher NITEC in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in warehouse, logistics, or a related role.
• Possess valid forklift licence.
