Responsibilities & Qualifications:

  • Respond promptly to breakdown calls and service requests from clients regarding car park system issues.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair faults related to parking equipment including ticketing machines, barrier gates, payment systems, and access control systems.
  • Coordinate with clients and internal teams to resolve technical issues within agreed service timelines.
  • Conduct on-site inspections and system testing after repairs or maintenance work; assist in installation, commissioning, and upgrading of car park systems when required.
  • Maintain accurate records of service reports, maintenance activities, and technical issues; provide technical advice and support to clients regarding system operation and maintenance.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and company operational procedures; conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
  • Track project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective measures; provide regular updates to management and stakeholders.
  • Assist in preparing Bill of Quantities (BOQ), procurement plans, evaluate vendor proposals and coordinate with procurement team; monitor cost against budget and recommend adjustments.
  • Serve as main point of contact for clients, consultants, and internal teams; coordinate project meetings and handle client feedback.
  • Education: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2–5 years of relevant technical and project management experience. Knowledge of infrastructure projects (e.g., parking systems, smart city solutions, or public utilities) is a plus.
  • Skills: Project management methodologies; CAD; MS Project/Primavera; technical troubleshooting; installation and commissioning; excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Other: Willingness to travel to project sites; able to work under tight timelines and in fast-paced environments.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with smart systems, IoT, or automation technologies in infrastructure; experience with government or municipal infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

Seeking a System Support Executive / Assistant Manager with interdisciplinary electrical and electronic engineering experience to support onboarding of new parking management projects, manage system enquiries, configure systems, provide client training, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, maintain backend configurations, and coordinate with IT/developer teams to ensure reliable operation of parking and access control systems.
