Responsibilities
Temporary HR Records Digitisation Assistant (6-Week Contract)
$15/ hr
Location: Outram Park MRT
Job Description
We are seeking a meticulous and proactive individual to support an organisation’s HR digitalisation project. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing, organising and uploading personnel records into the HR management system, ensuring document accuracy, completeness and confidentiality throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities
Review and verify scanned personnel documents for accuracy, completeness and legibility.
Categorise, sort and rename electronic files according to established naming conventions.
Identify and rectify missing, duplicate, incorrectly scanned or misclassified documents.
Prepare document index files and perform bulk uploads into the HR management system (SuccessFactors).
Maintain accurate tracking records and provide regular progress updates to ensure timely project completion.
Handle confidential employee information responsibly and comply with PDPA requirements and internal data protection policies.
Requirements
Minimum Diploma qualification.
Prior experience in general administration, data entry or document management is preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
Meticulous, organised and detail-oriented, with a strong commitment to data accuracy.
Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members.
Responsible and discreet when handling confidential personnel records.
Able to commit to a 6-week temporary assignment from the date of commencement.
