Requirements:

• Relevant Technical Certificate from any recognized technical institution. (Possessing a Diploma is an added advantage).
• Working experience in a production or manufacturing environment. (Previous exposure to oleochemicals or petrochemicals is an added advantage).
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, Food Safety Management, or any other Quality System is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and planning skills with an analytical, results-oriented mindset.
• Computer literate with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia to interact effectively with all levels of staff.
• Flexible and able to work on shifts, including public holidays and extended hours when required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily Operations & Supervision: Assist the Plant Supervisor in coordinating daily production activities, construction, modification, and equipment maintenance.
• Team Leadership: Train, supervise, and lead the production team on daily tasks, ensuring discipline and performance to meet production schedules and quality targets.
• Yield & Efficiency: Run systems to maximize production yield, capacity utilization, and production volume while actively minimizing plant wastage.
• Quality & Compliance: Work closely with the Laboratory team to develop sample-taking schedules and ensure all products meet required standard specifications.
• Standard Operating Procedures (SOP): Develop Production SOPs and ensure all operators are properly trained to follow documented instructions.
• Equipment Monitoring: Report, monitor, and analyze equipment performance and reliability to meet production targets and minimize plant downtime. Trouble-shoot and resolve problems in the process plant.
• Safety & Engineering Standards: Maintain standards and policies for pollution control, installation, quality control, testing, and operating procedures. Ensure all safety and environmental considerations are met during maintenance and production.
• Ad-hoc Duties: Perform any other duties as assigned by company management.

Pay: From RM2,450.00 per month
