Job Description

Mass Ventures Global Sdn. Bhd. is looking for a responsible and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee daily site activities and coordinate workers to ensure work is completed according to plans and schedules.

Key Responsibilities

· Supervise and monitor daily site activities and workers.

· Read and understand construction drawings and floor plans.

· Coordinate with site workers, managers, suppliers and relevant parties.

· Monitor work progress and report site issues to management.

· Ensure work is carried out safely and according to instructions.

Requirements

· At least 2 years of relevant site supervision experience.

· Able to understand drawings and floor plans.

· Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.

· Responsible, organised and able to work independently.

· A valid driving licence is an advantage.

Working Hours & Benefits

Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM; Saturday: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM; Sunday off. EPF deduction and selected public holidays apply.
