Job Scope & Responsibilities:-

• Handle full set of Accounts Payable (AP) independently, including complete month-end process and full bank reconciliation.
• Proficient in Malaysia E-Invoice and Self-Bill Invoice issuance, processing and reconciliation.
• Familiar with full accounting system operation, able to handle daily system entry and update independently.
• Perform company routine online payment tasks: settle monthly utility bills and company regular recurring expenses on time.
• Proficient in Auto count system ECP function, able to handle system payment entries and payment knock-off work accurately.
• Assist in general administration works and daily office operational tasks as assigned.
• Conduct Shopee collection and sales checking.

Job Requirements:-

• Candidate must possess at least a SPM, STPM, Diploma in Accounting or equivalent.
• Self-motivated and proactive, able to work independently without daily supervision and constant instructions.
• Excellent in task planning and time management, able to arrange daily workload systematically.
• Well-organised, meticulous and structured in all accounting and admin work.
• Possess good communication skills, able to communicate smoothly with internal and external parties
• Proactive in problem solving: able to identify issues and independents to resolve it and escalate to superior.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
