We are an established electrical works company specialising in electrical installation, construction, and industrial electrical projects. We are seeking a competent and experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee project execution, coordinate site operations, and ensure that all electrical works are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications and regulatory requirements.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project schedules, supervising site teams, coordinating with clients and contractors, and ensuring the timely delivery of quality electrical works.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and oversee electrical installation and construction projects from commencement to completion.
• Coordinate daily site activities, manpower allocation, subcontractors, suppliers, and project resources.
• Supervise and monitor electrical works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, technical specifications, and relevant Singapore electrical codes and regulations.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, main contractors, suppliers, and relevant authorities on project matters.
• Prepare and review project schedules, progress reports, material requisitions, and technical documentation.
• Monitor project costs, budgets, variations, and resource utilisation to ensure projects are delivered within budget.
• Conduct site inspections and coordinate testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and rectification works.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety, health, and environmental requirements at all project sites.
• Identify and resolve technical issues, delays, and operational challenges during project execution.
• Lead and guide engineers, supervisors, technicians, and site personnel to achieve project targets.
• Attend project meetings and provide regular updates on project progress, risks, and outstanding matters.
