Job Summary

Join Ministry of Crab’s kitchen team to assist in preparing signature crab dishes, maintain kitchen hygiene, manage ingredients, and support smooth service operations while developing your culinary skills in a fast-paced, crab-focused restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior chefs in preparing and cooking signature crab dishes to maintain quality and consistency
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization by following hygiene and safety standards
• Prepare ingredients accurately, manage proper storage, and oversee kitchen inventory levels
• Support the culinary team during service to ensure efficient kitchen operations and timely food delivery
• Participate actively in training sessions to improve culinary techniques and knowledge

Required competencies and certifications

• Basic culinary training or demonstrated strong interest in pursuing a culinary career
• Ability to follow directions from experienced chefs and adapt to kitchen workflows
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in food preparation and kitchen management
• Capability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Passion for cooking and specific interest in crab cuisine
