Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, or a related scientific field.

1-2 years of proven experience in a food safety or quality assurance role within the food industry.

In-depth knowledge of HACCP principles, GMP, and other relevant food safety standards and regulations.

Experience with conducting food safety audits, risk assessments, and implementing corrective actions.

Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, for effective communication and documentation.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an onsite environment.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address food safety concerns.

Familiarity with food production processes and potential contamination risks.

Excellent attention to detail and record-keeping abilities.

Willingness to undergo further training and stay updated on evolving food safety best practices.

Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive food safety management systems (e.g., HACCP, ISO 22000) to ensure compliance with all relevant local and international regulations.

Conduct regular internal audits and inspections of food production, storage, and service areas to identify potential hazards and ensure adherence to hygiene and safety standards.

Investigate food safety incidents, customer complaints, and non-compliance issues, determining root causes and implementing corrective and preventive actions.

Provide training and guidance to staff on food safety best practices, hygiene protocols, and allergen management to foster a strong food safety culture throughout the organization.

Monitor and analyze food safety data, preparing reports on key performance indicators, audit findings, and incident trends for management review.

Liaise with regulatory bodies, external auditors, and suppliers to ensure compliance and maintain strong working relationships.
