Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager (Design & Build) role based in Singapore. The Project Manager oversees end-to-end Design and Build projects from tender to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify project opportunities and support business development initiatives.
• Identify and manage tender opportunities, proposals and submissions.
• Lead project planning, execution and delivery within budget and timelines.
• Oversee procurement, subcontractors, resources and project costs to achieve gross profit targets.
• Manage client relationships, contracts and project stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety and statutory requirements.
• Manage project risks, progress reporting and final handover.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of relevant project management experience in Design & Build, construction or interior fit-out projects.
• Strong project management, commercial awareness and cost-control skills.
• Experience in tender submissions and subcontractor management.
• Good communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Degree in Construction Management, Building, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design or a related discipline is preferred.
• This position is open to Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents only.
