We’re Hiring: SAP Practice / Presales Consulting Manager

Kuala Lumpur

Reports to: Managing Director / SAP Practice Lead

What you’ll do:

Support SAP business development, client engagements, opportunity qualification and account planning

Lead SAP RFP, RFQ, tender and proposal responses, from compliance tracking to submission readiness

Create executive presentations, solution overviews, project plans and implementation methodologies

Maintain practice assets: proposal templates, capability statements, references and reusable content

Build and manage the SAP consultant pipeline, including skills tracking, resource planning, recruitment and onboarding

Stay ahead on SAP S/4HANA, SAP Cloud, SAP BTP, AMS and integration trends

Drive practice improvement through process standardisation, knowledge management, quality reviews and automation
