BIM Construct Solution Hiring! Full Time BIM Modeler in Federal Territory - Ricebowl

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site MEP BIM Modeler role based in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The BIM Modeler will develop and maintain accurate 3D BIM models for MEP disciplines, ensuring alignment with project specifications and industry standards. Daily responsibilities include interpreting construction drawings, coordinating with architects, engineers, and project teams, and updating models. The BIM Modeler will also contribute to the optimization of BIM workflows, adhere to company BIM protocols, and support ongoing improvement of modeling practices and project delivery processes.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and experience working with BIM workflows and standards.
• Candidates should possess skills as a Modeler, with hands-on experience creating and managing detailed 3D models for multidisciplinary projects.
• Proficiency with relevant BIM software (e.g., Autodesk Revit, Navisworks; experience is an advantage).
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and capacity to work collaboratively with cross-functional project.
