Responsibilities

• Plant facility system start-up and shutdown
• Evaluate, repair and maintain all building maintenance items.
• Liaise and Coordinate with vendors & suppliers for system maintenance, building maintenance and construction.
• Respond immediately to complaints on building maintenance issues.
• Communicate, cooperate and collaborate with various parties involved in the daily operation issue, compliance, request and to ensure successful resolve, execution and implementation.
• Works closely with facilities engineers/supervisors for any facilities work.
• Building, services and infrastructure inspection.
• Validation of Services and Process.
• Statutory compliance.
• Perform other duties in support of Facilities group.

Requirements

• Education: Certificate or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, or a related trade.
• Experience: 2 to 3 years of hands-on building maintenance (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) experience.
• Technical Skills: Skills with hand and power tools, troubleshoot equipment, and reading schematics.
• System Maintenance: Inspect and service HVAC, electrical distribution, lighting, and plumbing and piping.
• Repairs & Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot equipment breakdowns and execute corrective or emergency fixes.
• Preventive Maintenance: Run and maintain scheduled maintenance routines to prevent equipment lifespans downtime.
• Compliance & Safety: Follow workplace safety rules, local building codes, and occupational health regulations.
• Self Motivated, dynamic and has the ability to handle and execute multiple tasks.
• Competencies & Soft Skill
• Willing to work in shift. (If required)
• Ability to effectively communicate with a wide variety of internal customer.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Bayan Lepas.
• Full-Time position(s) available.

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Pay: RM2,100.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
