Job Responsibilities

• Supervise daily F&B outlet operations and staff performance.
• Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
• Manage staff scheduling, training, and attendance.
• Monitor food quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues.
• Assist in inventory control and stock management.

Job Requirements

• Minimum2 years of relevant experience.
• Good leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Able to stand for a long time during work.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of food hygiene and safety regulations.
• Responsible, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
