As a Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Oversee daily operations, team coordination, morning briefings and duty delegation.
• Manage staff training, recruitment, interviews and manpower planning.
• Oversee budgeting, financial forecasts and budgetary reporting to Finance.
• Ensure timely preparation of duty rosters, including standby and night-service schedules.
• Monitor service quality, rituals, customs and compliance with operational standards.
• Review client and family feedback, address complaints and drive service improvements.
• Improve operational processes, SOPs, forms and documentation to enhance efficiency.
• Oversee staff welfare, morale, leave, overtime, compensation and disciplinary matters.
• Collaborate with Corporate Services, Marketing and Team Leaders to ensure smooth operations and adherence to company policies.

Requirements: 

• Minimum 5 years of relevant operations experience in the service industry, with proven team leadership and management experience.
• Keen interest in funeral service industry
