Identify new business opportunities, markets, and potential clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
Lead negotiations, prepare proposals, and close high-value contracts.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and risks.
Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, operations, and technical teams.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
Monitor business development performance and prepare management reports.
Mentor and guide junior business development team members.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Job Requirements
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) is an added advantage.
Experience
Minimum
7–10 years
of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding revenue and growth targets.
Experience in senior-level client engagement and contract negotiations.
Skills & Competencies
Strong leadership and strategic thinking abilities.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Office, and business reporting tools.
High level of professionalism and business ethics.
