Job Duties

•⁠ ⁠Prepare staff rosters and arrange work shifts.

•⁠ ⁠Handle customer enquiries and feedback.

•⁠ ⁠Purchase and replenish goods and operational supplies.

•⁠ ⁠Monitor stock levels and control wastage.

•⁠ ⁠Create and propose new menu items and promotions.

•⁠ ⁠Liaise with suppliers and contractors.

•⁠ ⁠Attend to maintenance and other day-to-day operational needs.
