  • Develop functionalities to support multi-company operations, multi-currency transactions, intercompany transactions and financial consolidation, where required.
  • Implement appropriate application controls, including user access permissions, audit trails, transaction validation, data integrity and reconciliation mechanisms.
  • Continuously review and enhance existing applications to improve system performance, functionality, scalability and user experience.

Software Testing, Implementation & Maintenance

  • Manage the software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, system design, coding, testing, deployment and post-implementation support.
  • Conduct unit testing, integration testing and system testing to ensure software functionality, reliability and performance.
  • Troubleshoot, debug and resolve application defects, system errors and performance issues.
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT), working closely with business users to validate system functionalities against operational requirements.
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture, database structures, application specifications and user guides.
  • Provide technical support and ongoing maintenance for internally developed software applications.
  • Identify opportunities to automate manual processes, improve workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Ensure software applications are developed with appropriate security, data protection, backup and recovery considerations.

Systems Integration & Technical Collaboration

  • Collaborate with internal IT teams and external vendors to integrate in-house applications with existing enterprise systems, including ERP, finance and operational platforms.
  • Develop and maintain system interfaces, APIs and data integration processes to ensure consistency and accuracy of information across business applications.
  • Support system migration, data conversion and integration activities during application implementation or enhancement projects.
  • Evaluate and recommend suitable development tools, frameworks, technologies and technical solutions to improve application performance and development efficiency.
  • Work with external software developers and technology partners to review technical deliverables and ensure compatibility with internal systems.
  • Support the implementation and integration of SAP or other ERP systems, where applicable.

Project Delivery & Stakeholder Engagement
