Farmasia Sdn Bhd is a Malaysian medical device manufacturer and distributor based in Bandar Baru Bangi, Selangor. We are committed to delivering quality healthcare products and maintaining high standards in our operations. We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our team and support the day-to-day functions of our finance department.

Job Responsibilities

• Record, maintain and update the accounts payable ledger in a timely and accurate manner
• Assist with daily accounting data entry and ensure that all financial records are complete and accurate
• Monitor, track and report company expenses, including employee reimbursement claims and petty cash
• File and archive accounting documents systematically to ensure they are well organised and easily retrievable
• Respond to basic enquiries from suppliers and customers on invoices and payments
• Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the management

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field
• Minimum of one (1) year of working experience in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
• Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and double-entry bookkeeping
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
• Experience with AutoCount accounting software will be an added advantage
• Meticulous, organised, and able to work independently as well as in a team

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
