Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate sourcing, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
• Coordinate interview arrangements and communicate with candidates regarding interview details and application updates.
• Assist in preparing candidate profiles, recruitment reports, and other documentation for client submission.
• Maintain and update candidate databases, employee records, and HR documentation.
• Support onboarding processes and the preparation of employment-related documents.
• Assist with general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, document preparation, and record management.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and other enquiries professionally.
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents required by the consultancy team.
• Provide administrative support to consultants and other team members when required.
• Perform other ad hoc duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn.
• Able to multitask and work effectively in a team environment.
• Good time management and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Internship

Pay: RM900.00 per month
