IT Tech (M) Sdn. Bhd. is looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Indoor Sales Support to join our team.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Science, Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, or a related field
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office
• Able to work independently as well as in a team
• Positive attitude, organized, and willing to learn
• Candidates with experience in laboratory equipment, scientific products, or technical sales will be an added advantage

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide sales support and assistance to the sales team
• Respond to customer enquiries and provide product information
• Prepare quotations, sales documents, and follow up on customer enquiries
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams
• Assist with order processing and sales-related administrative tasks
• Maintain customer and sales records
• Support other sales and marketing activities when required
