Responsibilities
- Manage and actively grow a portfolio of SME clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Identify and acquire new business opportunities to expand the bank's market share in the SME banking segment.
- Conduct thorough credit assessments, financial analysis, and risk evaluations of client accounts to prepare comprehensive credit proposals for approval.
- Cross-sell a wide range of RHB’s financial products and services, including trade finance, treasury services, cash management, and business loans.
- Monitor client accounts and industry trends to proactively manage credit risk, ensuring timely accounts reviews and compliance with the bank's regulatory frameworks and internal policies.
