Responsibilities
Information Technology Resource Centre (ITRC)
A subsidiary of the Hong Kong Council of Social Service
ITRC has a mission to facilitate and enhance information and communication technology (ICT) application in the Social Service Sector. ITRC has been developing and implementing various ICT solutions for the Non-governmental Organizations (NGOs), and is one of the major solution suppliers in the Social Service Sector.
Part-time / Temporary Sales Executive (Ref No: HKCSS/030/2026)
3-month contract
Responsibilities
Handle sales quotations, proposals, invoicing, and related administrative documentation.
Support the promotion and enrolment of training programmes, workshops, and consultancy services.
Assist in organizing training programmes, seminars, exhibitions, and events.
Manage enquiries from NGOs and other stakeholders, and maintain effective communication with clients.
Requirements
Good customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Detail-minded, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Experience in sales support, training administration, customer service, or event coordination is an advantage.
Familiarity with the NGO or social service sector is preferred.
