At *************, we believe the right flowers make any moment better. We are looking for a creative, reliable florist to join our team and design beautiful arrangements for weddings, events, and everyday customers.

Key responsibilities:

• Design and create bouquets, arrangements, wreaths, and event florals to customer briefs
• Advise customers on flower choices, budgets, and care, and take orders in store, by phone, and online
• Prepare and deliver orders on time, including weddings and events
• Receive, condition, and store fresh stock, and keep the cooler and workspace clean
• Monitor stock levels and help with ordering from suppliers
• Keep displays fresh, attractive, and well presented
• Process payments and handle the till accurately

Required

• Experience as a florist or in a similar creative retail role, or a floristry qualification
• Strong design sense and knowledge of flowers, foliage, and seasonal stock
• Friendly, professional customer service skills
• Ability to work at a steady pace, meet deadlines, and manage several orders at once
• Availability to work weekends and peak periods such as Valentine's Day and Mother's Day
• Willing to be assigned in Northpoint

Nice to have

• Wedding and event floristry experience
• Basic skills with point-of-sale systems and social media

Pay: $2,300.00 - $2,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
