We are seeking a dedicated Senior Claims Executive to join our team and play a key role in supporting clients through the claims process with professionalism, efficiency and care.

The key job description:

• Handle client enquiries via phone and email
• Check client's eligibility/validity of medical benefits
• Provide benefits advice accordingly
• Process medical claims reimbursement
• Problem solve operational and system issues
• Other administrative duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of experience working in a claims department of an insurance broker with a focus on employee benefits (health and life) and a minimum of 5 years of claims related experience
• Diploma and above
• Must be well versed in medical terms
• Must possess commercial GI and HI certification
• Meticulous and detailed at work with accuracy
• Responsive to client needs
• Team player
• Problem solver
• Willing to learn and adaptable to working environment with minimum supervision
• Able to work within KPIs set
