Delta Force Security Services & Consultancy Hiring! Full Time Site Security Manager in Johor - Ricebowl

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and evaluate physical security operations at the Data Center and recommend improvements.
• Ensure high-quality customer service and timely corrective actions.
• Develop and deliver Quarterly Business Reviews for the Data Center site.
• Oversee recruitment, selection, orientation, training, development, and retention of staff.
• Supervise staff, assign work, provide coaching, and implement disciplinary actions in accordance with company policy.
• Implement KPIs, tracking tools, scorecards, and reporting methods with the Regional Security Manager.
• Conduct regular account reviews with clients and Delta Force management, address operational issues, support security planning and assessments, and update post orders.
• Assist with legal, financial, HR, and administrative matters, and contribute to company initiatives.
• Maintain documentation, comply with standardised procedures, support unannounced audits, and ensure timely review and reporting of incidents.
• Perform other related duties as required to achieve business objectives.

Requirements

• Degree with 4 or more years of relevant experience in the security industry and/or business management, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Legally authorised to work in Malaysia.
• Ability to speak, read and write English.
• Meet applicable security licensing, certification and account-specific requirements.
• Knowledge of security operations, 24x7 monitoring, staff supervision and HR administration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Strong leadership, planning, organisational, customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, handle confidential information and remain composed under pressure.
• Comfortable using communication technologies, including ROIP, instant messaging and text messaging.
• Willing to undergo pre-employment drug screening and background investigation.

Working Conditions

• Available to manage site incidents and escalations at any time.
• May be required to attend late-night calls at least once per week.
• Available for domestic and international travel approximately 10% of the time.
• May be required to use a vehicle and perform occasional lifting.

Location: Gelang Patah, Johor Bahru

Annual Salary: RM180,000
