Hiring Full-Time Technician cum admin
(Carlcare Authorise Service Center - Infinix / Tecno / Itel)

Location: 71,Jalan Indah 16/12,Taman Bukit Indah Johor Bahru, 81200 Johor, Johor Darul Ta'zim

Working Hours:

• 5.5 working days per week
• 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Monday to Friday), 2:00PM - 7:00PM (Saturday)
• Off - Sunday & Public Holiday

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a service center (mobile phone / laptops / AIOT)
• Skilled in fault detection, repair, material handling, and quality checks for android devices.
• Hands-on experience with smartphone, wearables, and IoT product repairs.
• Good attitude, willing to learn, able to multitask and work under pressure.
• Willing to provide backup support for front desk or other roles when necessary.
• Diploma or certificate in Electronics, IT, Telecommunications, or related fields is preferred.

Job Scope

• Diagnose and troubleshoot Infinix or Tecno smartphones
• Repair devices and replace necessary parts.
• Perform functionality tests on all repaired devices.
• Complete paperwork and assist in admin tasks when required.
• Provide support to front desk or other positions if needed.
• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,900.00 per month
