Duration: 4 months contract

Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 8:30 - 5:30

Salary: $13/hour

Job Responsibilities:

• Verify expenses/payments and define their respective accounts.
• Check invoices and prepare documentation for payment/receipts.
• Prepare payment vouchers, update A/P records.
• Prepare invoices
• Monitor customers / agents payment and calling for payments.
• Prepare and update Account Receivable records.
• Maintain cash book records, reconcile bank reconciliation statement.
• Prepare and post entries in computer using accounting software program.
• Filing and maintaining of all records of financial transactions.
• Any other duties as assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Accounting
