Robotimize is a rehabilitation technology company focused on bringing innovative rehabilitation and assistive technologies into clinical practice. The company develops its own rehabilitation technologies, including rehabilitation robotics, while also working with selected international technology and manufacturing partners.

Operating in a growing field at the intersection of healthcare, technology and robotics, Robotimize works with rehabilitation professionals, healthcare organisations and technology partners to introduce and support technologies that can improve rehabilitation and care.

As Robotimize expands its product portfolio and regional presence, we are seeking a Business Development Executive to help develop new business opportunities, build customer relationships and grow the adoption of Robotimize's rehabilitation technologies.

Location: This position is based in Singapore, and the successful candidate will be expected to work from Singapore. Applicants should be based in Singapore or already eligible to work there. Some travel for customer visits, demonstrations and exhibitions may be required, as outlined below.

Role Purpose

The Business Development Executive is responsible for supporting the growth of Robotimize's business by identifying and developing new opportunities, building relationships with prospective and existing customers, and supporting the commercial process from initial engagement through to successful sales and implementation.

The role will involve working with hospitals, rehabilitation centres, healthcare professionals and other organisations to understand their needs and introduce appropriate solutions from Robotimize's portfolio.

This is an early-career position, and fresh university graduates are encouraged to apply. Previous sales or healthcare experience is not essential. We are looking for someone who communicates well, enjoys meeting people, is willing to learn, and has the energy and persistence to develop opportunities into successful customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities; proactively engage prospective customers; build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline; and follow opportunities through from initial contact to quotation, negotiation and sales.
• Customer Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers; understand their clinical, operational and commercial needs; and work with Robotimize's Product and Clinical teams to identify appropriate solutions.
• Product & Solution Engagement: Develop a good working knowledge of Robotimize's rehabilitation technologies and partner products; communicate their applications and value clearly to customers; and support product presentations, demonstrations, site visits and customer discussions.
• Commercial & Market Activities: Prepare and follow up quotations, proposals and other sales documentation; maintain accurate records of opportunities and customer activities; support exhibitions, conferences and other market-development activities; and provide feedback on customer needs, competitors and market opportunities to the wider team.

Qualifications & Experience

A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Biomedical Science, Health Sciences, Engineering, Communications or another relevant discipline.

Fresh graduates and candidates in the early stages of their careers are encouraged to apply.

Previous experience in business development, sales, healthcare, medical devices, rehabilitation technology or customer-facing roles would be advantageous but is not required.

More important is the candidate's ability to communicate, learn quickly, build relationships and take ownership of opportunities.

• Organised and disciplined in following up leads, maintaining customer records and progressing multiple opportunities.
• Professional and comfortable presenting products, participating in demonstrations and representing Robotimize at meetings, exhibitions and events.
• Commercially minded and motivated by achieving business-development and sales outcomes.
• Comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with Product, Clinical, Marketing and Technical colleagues.
• Willing to travel for customer visits, demonstrations, exhibitions and other business-development activities as required.

A strong command of an additional language would be welcomed and may be particularly valuable in supporting Robotimize's regional and international activities.

Key Working Relationships

The Business Development Executive will work closely with the CEO, Group General Manager and Business Development Lead, as well as Robotimize's Product, Clinical, Marketing and Technical teams.

The role will involve regular interaction with rehabilitation professionals, hospitals and healthcare organisations, distributors, technology partners and other existing and prospective customers.

As experience and performance develop, the Business Development Executive will be expected to take increasing ownership of customers, territories and sales opportunities, with the potential to progress into more senior business development and commercial roles.
