Responsibilities
Report directly to Director of Revenue
Manage and optimize distribution channels, reservations and revenue systems; ensure pricing, restrictions, rate parity and content accuracy across networks.
Prepare demand forecasts and daily, monthly and yearly reports to maximize yield, profitability and market share (RGI).
Analyse historical data, booking curves and competitor data to identify demand, price elasticity and revenue opportunities.
Perform rate loading and manage room inventory across all channels.
Conduct group displacement analyses to evaluate the profitability of group and corporate business blocks versus transient demand.
Support e-commerce and marketing initiatives by tracking promotional campaign performance and digital conversion metrics.
Conduct customer research across channels and segments to track booking patterns and guest source markets.
Monitor booking engine content and layout to ensure consistency and accuracy, track direct booking performance.
Work with Accounts Department on budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting.
Work with other hotel departments to create room packages and optimize revenue opportunities.
Requirements
Degree in Hospitality Management or related disciplines.
3-5 years of hotel revenue management experience preferred
Hands-on experience with Revenue Management Systems (e.g., Duetto), PMS, CRS, Channel Managers and OTA extranets.
Detail-minded with excellent organizational, communication and data visualization skills.
Strong problem-solving skills, able to work independently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in OPERA Cloud and Duetto is an advantage
Good command of spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
