We are looking for a Business Analyst to support requirements gathering, business process analysis, functional documentation and testing activities for a SaaS.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and document business and functional requirements.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews and requirements workshops.
• Prepare business requirement documents, functional specifications and user stories.
• Analyse business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Work closely with developers to clarify requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Support estimation of development and testing activities.
• Perform functional and exploratory testing, including browser testing.
• Support system integration testing with external applications.
• Conduct impact analysis of defects and proposed changes.
• Validate completed development stories against acceptance criteria.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and coordinate issue resolution.
• Track defects and ensure timely closure.
• Maintain functional documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in IT business analysis or application implementation.
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Experience with functional testing, UAT and system integration testing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Experience with SaaS platforms or LMS solutions is an advantage.
