Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor

We are hiring on behalf of our client for a Security Solution Specialist position. Candidates with cybersecurity engineering experience who are interested in transitioning into pre-sales are encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand technical requirements and recommend suitable cybersecurity solutions.
• Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and Proof of Concepts (POCs).
• Collaborate with sales teams on solution design, technical proposals, and Bill of Materials (BOM).
• Provide technical consultation on product features, deployment, and implementation.
• Coordinate with vendors and technical teams to support customer requirements.
• Participate in technical workshops, training, and customer engagements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related fields.
• Preferably 1–3 years of experience in cybersecurity engineering, technical support, implementation, or pre-sales.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity products such as Fortinet, Sophos, Palo Alto, Cisco Security, Microsoft Defender, or similar solutions.
• Knowledge of IAM, MFA, SSO, PAM, EDR/XDR, or endpoint security is an added advantage.
• Good communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Mandarin proficiency is advantageous.
• Fresh graduates with relevant cybersecurity exposure are welcome.
• Must possess own transportation and be willing to travel.
