We are looking for an experienced Platform Operations Engineer to support enterprise IT infrastructure across Microsoft 365 and on-premises environments. The role focuses on ensuring service availability, troubleshooting incidents, and maintaining operational continuity across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational support for Microsoft 365 services, including Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Teams.
• Perform initial incident triage, troubleshooting, and issue resolution across collaboration platforms, identity services, and on-premises infrastructure.
• Coordinate incident escalation and resolution with relevant technical teams, including M365, database, and infrastructure specialists.
• Execute established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and operational runbooks to maintain service stability.
• Support service restoration, backup verification, and disaster recovery activities.
• Provide cross-functional operational coverage to ensure service continuity during peak periods or manpower shortages.
• Maintain accurate operational documentation, incident records, and handover reports.

Requirements

• Min. 4 years of experience in enterprise IT operations, infrastructure support, or platform operations.
• Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft 365 services, including Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams.
• Familiarity with on-premises enterprise infrastructure, including servers, networking, and hosting environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and incident management skills across hybrid IT environments.
• Experience working with SOPs, operational runbooks, and IT service management processes.
• Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to collaborate across multiple technical teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage operational priorities effectively.
