Lian Taat Food Sdn. Bhd. is one of Malaysia’s leading bean curd skin manufacturers, supplying both local and international markets.

As part of our business expansion and new manufacturing plant development, we are looking for a capable and proactive Senior Finance & Accounts Executive to strengthen our Finance & Accounts Department.

Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial & Management Reporting

• Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting and financial planning.
• Monitor company cash flow and financial performance.
• Perform financial analysis and provide recommendations to management.
• Support management in strategic decision-making through financial reporting.

Accounting & Compliance

• Handle full set of accounts.
• Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing.
• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Perform bank reconciliations and general ledger maintenance.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, company secretaries and bankers.
• Assist in SST, tax and statutory compliance matters.

Manufacturing Costing & Inventory Control

• Monitor inventory transactions and stock movements.
• Assist in product costing and manufacturing cost analysis.
• Investigate inventory variances and costing discrepancies.
• Work closely with Production, Purchasing and Warehouse departments.
• Support the development and improvement of costing systems and internal controls.

Process Improvement

• Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and reporting efficiency.
• Assist in implementing and enhancing accounting systems and internal controls.
• Support automation and digitalisation initiatives within the Finance Department.

Ad-Hoc Duties

• Undertake any other duties assigned by Management from time to time.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant working experience.
• Experience in manufacturing environment is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of full set accounts and financial reporting.
• Experience in inventory control and costing analysis will be an added advantage.
• Familiarity with AutoCount accounting system is preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Detail-oriented, responsible and committed to meeting deadlines.

Salary

RM4,000 – RM5,500 (Negotiable based on experience and qualifications)

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
