Lead and manage a team of administrative officers to ensure accurate application processing, resolve complex cases, train staff, and deliver timely reports to support operational excellence.

Lead and guide a team of administrative officers to achieve operational goals
Assign daily tasks and monitor team progress to ensure timely completion
Review completed applications for accuracy and quality to maintain compliance
Resolve complicated processing issues to minimize delays and errors
Train staff and monitor individual performance to enhance team capabilities
Prepare detailed team reports and update the Supervisor on progress and challenges
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Diploma or equivalent qualification in a relevant discipline
Relevant experience in administrative or operations work
Previous team leadership or supervisory experience
Good knowledge of document processing and quality checking
Proficient in Microsoft Office and reporting tools
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
