We are seeking an Incident Manager to lead end-to-end incident response and drive root-cause investigations across high-availability environments. You will chair critical outage calls, direct cross-functional engineering teams, and implement preventive measures to stop repeat failures.

Key Responsibilities

• Chair and manage major incident calls through full technical resolution.
• Build actionable remediation plans with clear ownership and tight deadlines.
• Lead root-cause analyses (RCA) and trend identification to prevent recurring issues.
• Deliver real-time, concise incident communications to technical teams and business leaders.

Requirements

• 2+ years in Incident/Problem Management within an ITIL framework.
• Direct availability for weekend coverage starting at 6:30 AM SGT.
• Hands-on experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Remedy) and monitoring platforms.
• Working knowledge of Cloud infrastructure and basic scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell) for task automation.
• Decisive crisis management and strong stakeholder communication skills.
