We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution and delivery of ACMV projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project timelines, budgets, site operations, technical compliance and stakeholder coordination to ensure projects are delivered safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of ACMV projects, from planning through to completion and handover.

• Develop project schedules, manage manpower allocation and monitor project budgets.

• Oversee daily site operations, installation works and workmanship quality.

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, main contractors, subcontractors and relevant authorities.

• Review technical drawings, method statements and ensure works comply with project specifications and applicable safety regulations.

• Identify and resolve technical issues, site delays and project-related challenges.

• Oversee testing, adjusting, balancing and commissioning (T&C) activities.

• Manage project handover documentation, including as-built drawings and Operation & Maintenance (O&M) manuals.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in ACMV, mechanical engineering or building services projects.

• Proven experience managing ACMV projects and supervising site operations.

• Strong knowledge of ACMV installation, testing and commissioning.

• Ability to manage project schedules, budgets, contractors and site teams.

• Familiarity with relevant local building, safety and regulatory requirements.

• Good communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
