Job Description

Responsibilities

We are looking for a Community Manager to grow and strengthen Moom’s community in Singapore.

Reporting to the Head of Community, you will own community initiatives across events, KOLs, affiliates, partnerships and retail touchpoints. You will develop programmes that keep Moom connected to its community, both through physical and virtual activations.

This is a hands-on role that combines relationship management, creative thinking, project execution and performance tracking. You should be comfortable developing an idea, coordinating the details, bringing it to life and reviewing its results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own Singapore’s community calendar and develop initiatives that grow, engage and retain Moom’s community across online and physical touchpoints
  • Lead Moom events and activations from concept to reporting, including formats that can run effectively without requiring the team to remain on-site
  • Own KOL and Moom affiliate management across outreach, onboarding, engagement, product seeding, activation and performance tracking
  • Identify, secure and manage brand and community partnerships that drive awareness, acquisition and long-term collaboration opportunities
  • Track performance against agreed objectives, gather community feedback and use the findings to recommend improvements for future programmes
  • Manage timelines, briefs, operational requirements and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver community initiatives effectively

What we’re looking for:

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in community, partnerships, influencer marketing or events
  • Experience within a D2C, wellness, lifestyle or consumer brand is preferred
  • Proven experience developing and executing community programmes and activations
  • Hands-on experience managing KOLs, affiliates and external partners
  • Able to manage multiple projects from planning through execution and reporting
  • Comfortable tracking performance and using insights to improve future initiatives
  • Strong project management and cross-functional coordination skills

Bonus if you have:

  • Confident pushing back and advocating for a different point of view when needed.
  • Passion for wellness, community-building, and modern Asian women’s health

Details:

  • Full-time role
  • Location: Singapore, hybrid as required
  • Selected evenings and weekends availability required due to events
  • Competitive salary
