An Account Manager acts as the primary point of contact between a company and its clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction, retention, and account growth. This role focuses on building strong relationships, understanding client needs, and identifying upsell opportunities to drive revenue.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building strong, long-term relationships.
• Understand clients' business goals and ensure the company's products or services help meet them.
• Address client inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions.

Revenue Growth & Retention

• Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing client accounts to hit sales targets.
• Lead contract renewal negotiations to secure recurring revenue and minimize client churn.
• Monitor account health metrics and proactively intervene when a client relationship is at risk.

Strategy & Onboarding

• Lead the onboarding process for new clients, setting clear expectations and timelines for delivery.
• Conduct regular performance reviews or strategic check-ins with clients to demonstrate product value.
• Gather client feedback and collaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams to improve company offerings.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
