Responsibilities
Network Engg- L1
Work location- Bouna Vista
Support and manage routers, switches, firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPN gateways, proxies, wireless LAN controllers, NAC appliances, and load balancers.
Monitor network availability, performance, and security using Network Management Systems, and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
Respond to network incidents within agreed SLAs, follow incident management procedures, and escalate unresolved issues.
Maintain network diagrams, configuration records, device inventories, RMA records, and incident reports.
Coordinate with vendors, telecom operators, and ISPs for fault resolution, system onboarding, and 24/7 standby support.
The Company's principal activity is manpower contracting services with other information technology and computer services.
