Key Responsibilities: -

• To maintain documentations of projects.
• To prepare quotation for projects.
• To work out and monitor cost on each project.
• To assess and identify variation order (VO) work for each project.
• To provide support in terms of measurement and pricing on the contract's VO claim.
• To liaise with clients/ Main Contractors on VO and progress claims
• To process monthly progress claim and final claim.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in any Discipline
• Preferably have experience in the role of Quality Surveyor
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus
• Able to work independently, Self-Motivated & Team Player
• Keen learner and able to adapt in fast pace environment
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
