- Job Description: Amazon Connect Data Migration Engineer
Minimum 4+ years of experience in data migration, data engineering, or ETL development.
Hands-on experience with AWS services, including Amazon S3, AWS Glue, Amazon Athena, AWS Lambda, and Amazon Transcribe.
Knowledge of audio file formats, codecs, and call recording data migration.
Strong Python scripting skills for migration automation, data processing, and validation.
Experience with Cisco or Verint call recording platforms is highly preferred.
Expertise in data reconciliation, migration validation, data integrity checks, and secure handling of sensitive recordings.
Ability to troubleshoot migration issues and ensure accurate, secure, and efficient data transfer to Amazon Connect.
