Client Introduction
We work with established hotels in Singapore, partnering with them to recruit quality talent across Sales, F&B Operations, Hotel Operations and Corporate Functions. Our focus is on connecting hospitality professionals with opportunities to grow their careers while supporting our clients’ talent and business needs.
Job Scope
Oversee daily hotel operations and coordinate across departments.
Ensure service quality, operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
Monitor operating costs, departmental performance and service standards.
Resolve operational issues and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
Minimum 8 years hotel operations experience, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
Good understanding of front office, housekeeping and hotel service operations.
Strong leadership, organizational and problem-solving skills.
