JDA WMS Hiring! Full Time Senior Planner (Construction- Primavera P6- MS Project) in - Ricebowl

We’re looking for a Senior/ Project Planner to help plan, schedule, and track progress on construction and industrial projects such as data centers, semiconductor plants, manufacturing facilities, and infrastructure works. The role is central to keeping projects on schedule through sound schedule management and project controls.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and revise project schedules across all phases, from design through construction to commissioning.
• Develop baseline programmes, recovery schedules, and short-term look-ahead plans.
• Track project progress, flag delays early, and propose ways to mitigate them.
• Work with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to keep everyone aligned with the schedule.
• Monitor critical activities, key milestones, resource use, and overall project performance.
• Produce weekly and monthly progress reports, dashboards, and schedule analyses.
• Carry out delay impact analyses and assist with schedule reviews for claims when needed.
• Attend project meetings and contribute planning insights that help guide decisions.
• Make sure schedules meet contractual obligations and align with project goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of planning and scheduling experience on construction, industrial, infrastructure, data center, or semiconductor projects.
• Skilled in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or comparable scheduling tools.
• Solid grasp of project lifecycles, scheduling methods, critical path analysis, and project controls.
• Hands-on experience tracking construction progress and working with multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to thrive in a fast-moving environment and juggle competing priorities.
