The Role | 职位简介

Full-time Insurance Advisor, on-site in Greater Kuala Lumpur. You will understand clients’ protection critical illness, investment and savings needs, and recommend suitable AIA life, health and savings solutions.

全职保险顾问，工作地点在大吉隆坡。你将了解客户的保障与储蓄需求，并推荐合适的 AIA 人寿、重疾，投资及储蓄方案。

Job Scope | 工作内容

1.Client Consultation

Meet clients one-to-one to understand their family situation, goals and protection needs.

一对一面谈，了解客户的家庭状况、财务目标与保障需求。

2.Holistic Financial Planning

Develop plans covering protection, savings, retirement and legacy.

协助客户规划保障、储蓄、退休与财富传承。

3.Proposals & Explanation

Prepare personalised proposals and explain policy features and benefits clearly.

准备个人化方案，并清楚讲解保单内容与好处。

4.After-Sales Service

Provide policy reviews, claims assistance and client record updates.

提供保单检视、理赔协助与客户资料更新。

5.Client & Referral Network

Build long-term client relationships and a trusted referral network.

以长期信任经营客户关系，建立转介绍网络。

6.Training & Compliance

Attend training and team sessions, and comply with AIA and regulatory standards.

参加培训与团队课程，并遵守 AIA 及监管机构的规定。

Qualifications | 任职要求

1.Knowledge of insurance (life, health, savings) and basic finance concepts

了解保险（人寿、健康、储蓄）及基础财务概念

2.Strong communication and customer service skills

良好的沟通与客户服务能力

3.Consulting mindset: needs analysis and solution recommendation

具备顾问思维：需求分析与方案建议

4.Diploma or degree in finance, business, economics or related field (advantageous)

财务、商业、经济或相关领域文凭或学位（优先）

5.Sales or advisory experience (advantageous)

有销售或顾问经验者优先

6.Able to work on-site in Greater KL, meet targets and uphold high ethical standards
