About the role

As Service Delivery Manager you will employ your experience and broad technical expertise to ensure the quality of all delivered services to our client base.

• Own contractually agreed service delivery, ensuring KPIs and SLAs are met or exceeded.
• Build strong customer relationships through effective governance, regular service reviews, and feedback.
• Develop and improve efficient, cost-effective delivery processes, implementing corrective actions where needed.
• Coordinate resources, schedules, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery from planning through execution.
• Partner with team leaders globally to define delivery standards and resolve service issues.
• Prepare and present monthly service reports, using performance data and industry best practices to drive continuous improvement.

• Relevant Microsoft or IT certifications
• Relevant experience within Service Management and Project Management
• Experience from working in environments where adherence to compliance and security regulations plays a key role
• Experience working in a global company combined with in-depth familiarity with Malaysian business practices.
