Job Summary / Purpose:

Ensure machines are assembled according to design requirements, function reliably and safely, meet performance specifications, and achieve successful internal and customer buyoff.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

• Review mechanical drawings, electrical schematics and engineering changes to ensure design accuracy and compliance.
• Review Build-of-Material (BOM) for correctness and completeness.
• Perform product design simulation for early detection and prevent design error.
• Drive total product quality improvement program, covering technical design review, product development and production, end-to-end supply-chain, FAT and SAT, customer site installation and support.
• Conduct In-Process Quality Control (IPQC) inspections throughout machine assembly stages to ensure build quality and functionality requirements are met.
• Work closely with Manufacturing and Production teams to establish critical-to-quality (CTQ) checkpoints for machine assembly and testing.
• Develop and maintain inspection standards, test procedures, quality records, and buyoff documentation.
• Investigate assembly defects, machine failures, and buyoff issues, and conduct root cause analysis with corrective and preventive actions.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at reducing assembly defects, recurring issues and enhancing machine performance, reliability, and quality.

Academic and Trades Qualification:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related discipline.

Work Experience and Skills:

• Ability to interpret mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and technical specifications.
• Knowledge of quality management principles, root cause analysis, machine assembly and testing methodologies is an added advantage.
• At least 1 years of working experience in manufacturing field or the same related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
