Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute brand marketing campaigns to promote traditional and innovative pastry products
• Develop retail and online marketing strategies, including retail sales promotion, marketing events, social media content, digital advertising, SEO, and e-commerce growth initiatives
• Coordinate promotional activities across retail channels and stores, especially around festivals and product launches
• Analyze customer behavior and marketing performance data, delivering actionable insights
• Collaborate with internal teams and external creative/advertising vendors to ensure brand consistency and marketing effectiveness

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in food retail or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) marketing
• Knowledge of both retail and digital marketing platforms
• Social media & content creation skills, including managing platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and XHS
• Interpersonal and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Able to work independently with strong teamwork skills
• Experience in the Bakery or F&B industry is a plus
• Experience in Shopify e-commerce solution is a plus
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.

Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with marketing team, designers, and other team members to resolve issues.
• Foster a collaborative and creative team environment.
