Responsibilities
We are seeking an independent and proactive
Site Administrator
to join our dynamic team. The role typically handles various tasks to ensure smooth operations on a construction site. The job description for a Construction Site Administrator may include the following details.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate administrative tasks and documentation for the construction site.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures.
Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and workers to ensure smooth site operations.
Manage daily reports, site logs, and any necessary paperwork.
Assist with procurement of materials and inventory management.
Assist with project scheduling and coordination.
Monitor and manage permits and licenses.
Prepare financial reports and assist in budget tracking.
Ensure quality control standards are met.
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by project manager.
Job Requirements:
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Good communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with various stakeholders.
Knowledge of construction site operations and administrative processes.
Familiarity with safety regulations and protocols.
Experience in document control and filing systems.
Ability to handle financial and procurement-related tasks.
Ability to adapt to fast-paced work environments.
Diploma in any field.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word).
Independent, self-driven, and proactive attitude.
