Prepare and cook food according to the company’s menu and standards
Prepare ingredients and perform food preparation
Maintain food quality and portion consistency
Ensure kitchen cleanliness and food hygiene standards
Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering ingredients
Properly store food and ingredients
Perform opening and closing duties
Assist with general kitchen operations when required
Requirements:
Relevant cooking or kitchen experience preferred
Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Good knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen safety
Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
Team player with a positive working attitude
